North Branford Police Incident Report for Oct. 25

The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Tuesday, Oct. 25Senior correspondent Jason J. • A 27 year-old woman of North Street was arrested at 5:40 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer and falsely reporting an incident in the second degree.

• A 26 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 6:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation.

• From October 12 to 25 North Branford police also issued five citations to motorists for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, five citations for traveling unreasonably fast, four citations for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, four citations for failure to obey a control signal, and two citations for failure to obey a stop sign.
