Clinton Police Incident Report for April 2


The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns   of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Saturday, April 2Senior correspondent Jason J. Marchi compiles the Police Incident Report.

• A 23 year-old man of Kings Grant Road was arrested at 2:58 a.m. and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia following the reported on a suspicious motor vehicle on Chittenden Hill Road.

• A 26 year-old man of Cow Hill Road was arrested at 8:44 p.m. and charged with two counts of violation of probation.

• A 23 year-old woman of a Chapman Mill Pond Road apartment was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.

• Identity theft was investigated on Cow Hill Road at 9:54 a.m.

• Then theft of a bicycle was investigated on Old Mill Road at 12:53 p.m.

• An assault was investigated at Clinton Crossing Outlet on Killingworth Turnpike at 2:13 p.m.
