• A 24 year-old Milford man was arrested at 7 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 57 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 9:30 a.m. and charged with breach of peace, threatening, and strangulation in the third degree.
• A 34 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:03 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, and four motor vehicle violations.
• No arrests were made.
