Westbrook Police Incident Report for July 20

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Tuesday, July 20

• A 23 year-old Lyme man was arrested on a warrant charging him with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed and released at 10:56 p.m. to the custody of a girlfriend after posting a $2,500 surety bond and issued an Aug. 5 court date.
