Guilford Girl Scout Troup 62306 Cookie Sale

Members of Girl Scout Troup 62306 held their annual cookie sales setting up a stand across the Guilford Green on March 17. In addition to raising funds for local scout activities the annual sales “allows girls real-world opportunities to manage money, become ethical and reliable entrepreneurs, set goals, meet deadlines, work well with others, and understand customers” according to the Girl Scouts of the USA. Girl Scout members Phoebe Diamond, left, Margot Bunting, Maisy Bunting, and Natalie Sutherland assist Mary McCarthy with her purchase. Wesley Bunnell / The Courier
