09/29/2023 04:48 PMOn July 30, the gates of heaven opened and brought home one of God’s children, Debra Sue Jefferis. At age 66, she fought to live the life which she loved so much. This was past all predictions of when her days would end.
She leaves behind on this earth her daughter Randi, son Steven, several grandchildren, and her friend Karynn.
Deb was always so thankful for whatever was done for her: a small glass of water, washing her face, etc.
Her family is from Iowa; brothers and sisters all miss her. She was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on March 2, 1956, on a bright sunny day. Soon, there were a total of seven children to her hard-working parents. In a family that had nothing, Deb always worked hard to make days fun for all.
She had a dynamite smile and a wonderful, easy-going attitude. Hopefully, we can follow in her positive footsteps. God bless Deb, and may she keep the gates open for all of us.
