Charles Taylor Park

Charles Taylor “Charlie” Park, 75, of Chester, left us to play greener fairways on May 10. Charlie was a lifelong member of Black Hall Club, an avid traveler, and a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He served on numerous Town Boards and commissions. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor, his generous nature, and his wonderful smile.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jo Anne Tooker Park; his daughter Sage of Saudi Arabia; his son, Ched and wife, Madelyn of Portugal; and daughter Meredith Devanney and husband, Ryan of Chester. He had a special place in his heart for his grandsons, Logan and Kyle Devanney.

A celebration of his life will be held privately in August.
