03/17/2023 07:07 AMOn Saturday, March 11, 2023, Michelle “Micki” Stofflet, 55, longtime resident of Guilford, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Michelle is survived by her husband, Brian Stofflet; daughters, Sydney Stofflet and Samantha Stofflet; father, Robert Torrie; mother, Kathleen Macidoni; stepfather, Michael Lane; and sisters, Angie Van Deven, Wendy Medley, and Amy Hayes.
Michelle was born in Southfield, Michigan, on Nov. 3, 1967. Micki graduated from the School of Nursing at Michigan State University and completed her master’s from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. Her compassion and love of people set her apart as a nurse, mother, and friend. The cornerstone upon which we built a beautiful life, Micki showed amazing strength and grace in her fight to stay alive and care for her family. She will be sorely missed, but not forgotten, and leaves behind an amazing network of friends and family.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, at St. George Church in Guilford. Arrangements in care of the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church Street, Guilford.
