07/14/2022 10:53 AMKathleen T. Gordon, 72, of Old Lyme, passed away on July 11. Kathleen was born in Mount Kisco, New York, to Owen and Mary Kate Boylan on January 4, 1950. She married John Gregory Gordon on March 26, 2006, at Christ the King Church in Old Lyme. She worked as an office manager in the medical field for many years. Kathleen lived a colorful life, enjoying music, playing bingo, organizing an annual football pool and sharing wine on her deck with family and friends.
Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister (Eileen Mountan of Pittsford, New York). Kathleen is survived by her sisters, Mary Anne Doyle of Old Saybrook, Geraldine Waterbury of Newtown, and Sheila Boylan of Katonah, New York; and 10 nieces and nephews, all of whom loved her very much.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 15, at Christ the King Church in Old Lyme. The family of Kathleen wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the entire staff at Gladeview Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Old Saybrook.
