Donald William Newton, longtime resident of Guilford, passed away on April 29 at his home.

Mr. Newton was born in New Haven on May 11, 1962; he was son of the late Herbert W. Newton and Pauline (Bragdon) Newton; and father of Johnna Palmese of Branford. He is also survived by his brother Jeff and wife Sandy of Niantic and was predeceased by his brother Doug of Lee, New Hampshire.

Donald had worked in the trucking and automotive industry and was a fan of Cadillac cars.
