On Feb. 14, Cornelius “Connie” J. Sansone passed away suddenly. He was born in Guilford on Sept. 16, 1941, to parents Regina Hines and the late Cornelius Sansone.

Besides his mother, he is survived by two sons, Robbie (Bridget) Sansone of East Haven and Brandon Sansone of New York; sister Patricia; brother Robert; and his grandchildren Alexis, Nicholas, and Jacob Sansone. He is also survived by his great-granddaughters Sophia Wylie and Aubree Sansone, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Linda.

Connie took great pride in helping operate the Sansone Farm. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver upon his retiring.

Private funeral services were held.
