James E. L. Forchielli, 46, of Cow Hill Road Clinton died on Jan. 24 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. He was the husband of Dane King Forchielli. He was born in Waterbury on Dec. 18, 1975. He’s the son of James F. and Marian Sargent Forchielli of Clinton.

James was a foreman at Carlin Construction Co. in Waterford. He also was an EMT at the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department Ambulance Division and Hunters Ambulance Service in Meriden.

Besides his wife and parents, he survived by two sons, Tyler and Nicholas Forchielli of Clinton; one daughter, Evie Forchielli of Clinton; and one sister, Shirley Lamont of Wallingford.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 6, at the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department, 35 East Main Street, Clinton. Contributions made be made in his memory to the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department Ambulance Division in Clinton or KARE Foundation in Guilford. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Carl Swan at Hamden Memorial Funeral Home, 1300 Dixwell Avenue, Hamdem.
