He is also survived by his grandchildren Kayla Lepage and Justin Lepage (Libby) of Kentucky, along with one great-granddaughter, Abigail “Abby” Lepage, and several nieces and nephews. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents and brother Giacomo “Jack” Aiello.

Tony was a produce manager for Grand Union for 30 years. Later in life he was a security guard for Yale University for 15 years. He loved sports; his favorite teams were the New York Yankees and Giants. He loved watching Westerns on TV, his favorite being Gunsmoke. Tony loved Dunkin Donuts coffee and made daily trips to the Hemingway Avenue location, where everyone knew his name. More than anything, Tony loved his family most. His face would light up when he saw his great-granddaughter, Abby. His greatest joy was his children and grandchildren. He was the best husband, dad, and grandpa.

The family would especially like to thank the caregivers from No Place Like Home, especially Nola, Seth, Marge, and Ann, along with the VNA Hospice nurses and Donna.
