Michael Anthony Russo, 29, of Madison, formerly of North Branford, passed away peacefully, in his sleep, at his home on Sept. 20. He was born in New Haven on Nov. 4, 1991, and was the beloved son of Anthony Russo III and the late Lucia Trumbley Russo. Mike is also survived by his twin brother Anthony Russo IV and younger brother Christopher James Russo.

Mike can be described using one word, and that word is “special.” He had things he loved such as his family, cars, and basketball. What ultimately made him special is the ability each day to provide you with a laugh or smile you desperately needed or weren’t expecting. He had a unique ability to make everyone he was around feel better about themselves. The impact he made on this world is something that will last a lifetime.
