Veronica M. Beuther, longtime resident of Guilford, passed away peacefully on Aug. 26 at RegalCare of New Haven. Veronica was born in Queens, New York, April 27, 1939, the daughter of the late Frederick M. Beuther of and Kathryn (Reilly) Beuther. She was the sister of Frederick D. Beuther of Killingworth. She is also survived by two nieces.

Before retirement, Veronica had worked for United Illuminating in Data Processing. She enjoyed her free time with her friends at the Green Grove in Guilford.

Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1, in St. George Church, 33 Whitfield Street, Guilford. Burial will follow Mass in Alder Brook Cemetery, Boston Street, Guilford. Arrangements are in the care of the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church Street, Guilford.
