Hazel Valerie Reddick White, 98, of North Haven passed away peacefully on June 23, at the Whitney Health & Rehab Center, Hamden with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 66 years to the late Daniel William Leigh White.

Mrs. White was born in Dorking in the County of Surrey, England on Dec. 28, 1922, and was the daughter of the late Edward and Charlotte Ayling Reddick. She served in the Royal Air Force in England for many years. Mrs. White was an avid league bowler in her earlier years, enjoyed gardening and animals, but most of all she enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved unconditionally.

She was the loving mother of Deborah Forte and her husband Andrew, loving grandmother of Joseph Forte and his wife Neia and Lisa Viscuso, and loving great-grandmother of Lauren, Ashley, and Alex Forte and R.J. Viscuso. She was predeceased by her brother and sister Owen Reddick and Winnie Reddick.
