Daniel Drago of North Branford passed away unexpectedly on March 5, with his beloved wife Fadoua (Zerrouki) by his side.

He was the son of Judith Gargamelli Cole and predeceased by his father Emanuel Drago and stepfather Stephen Cole. He is survived by his loving sister Diana Bunton (Bill) of Branford. He also leaves his nephews, Cooper and Max whom he adored and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Daniel was born in New Haven Jan. 11, 1964. He was a financial advisor at Webster Bank for many years.

Dan so enjoyed his nights out with the guys, golfing excursions, dining out with his wife, and traveling, especially his trip to Morocco with his wife to spend time with her family, by whom he was considered a son. He was extra special to Myriam and he loved it when she said, ‘You are my favorite Uncle.’

Friends called March 16 at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, Branford. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name may be made to the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Drive, Wallingford, CT 06492. Please see his online memorial at www.wsclancy.com.
