Gregory Paul Barnett, 70, our beloved brother, passed away on Feb. 11, peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Georgia.

Born in Middletown on Nov. 5, 1950, to Frank and Frances Barnett of Westbrook, he grew up in Westbrook and graduated from Westbrook High School in 1969.

Greg was all about his family. He was a devoted son, uncle, brother, and father.

He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Frances Barnett. He is survived by his sisters Deborah Murphy of Westbrook and Janice Booth of Quaker Hill, niece Katie Murphy, nephew Steven Cocopard of Westbrook, wife Claudia, and five children, Ashley, Michael, Raquel, Ian, and Sofia Barnett of Georgia.

Our hearts are heavy; we will miss you big brother, and we will be together again.
