Clinton

On Jan. 11, Timothy Patrick Roberts, longtime resident of Clinton, passed away at his home. Tim was born in New Haven Feb. 6, 1975, son of the late Robin Roberts and Joyce (Palm) Bristol.

He was the loving father of Robin Roberts, who was the light of his life. He is also survived by his sister Denise (Chris) Salafia of Killingworth; brother William Jones and predeceased by his sister Tracy Pereira.

Tim was a roofing contractor by trade and musician at heart. He was good at what he did and took pride in his work. He enjoyed spending time with his son, playing his guitar, and military history. Tim fought addiction for many years but was clean and happy in the last few months of his life and making plans for the future. If you know of someone who is struggling with addiction, don’t give up on them. Make sure they know you love them. Help when you can.

Friends are invited to a graveside service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, in Alder Brook Cemetery, 375 Boston Street, Guilford. COVID-19 guidelines must be followed; social distancing and face masks must be worn.
