Rick was born in New York June 18, 1964, and passed on May 26. Our hearts are broken as we lost our beautiful Rick after a brief battle with cancer. Rick graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University as a political science major. He spent most of his adult life living and working in San Francisco.

His final years were in Connecticut looking after his parents. We will always remember his unwavering sense of right and wrong, his out of left field sense of humor, his contagious laugh, his passion for gardening, and his gentle soul, as he was the physical embodiment of kindness, love, and compassion to all those that knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Hank and Pat, his sisters Patricia and Kathleen (Cohan), and brother-in-law Gregg. You will always be in our hearts, Rick. Rest in peace.
