05/22/2020 12:00 AMJeanne Hinckley Russell of Farmingdale, Maine passed away suddenly on May 2. Jeanne was born and raised in East Haven on Aug. 23, 1966, the daughter of the late William B. and Eleanor A. Hinckley.
She was the proud mother of Heather (Coady) Collins of Augusta, Maine and Megan Russell of Farmingdale, Maine. She is also survived by her significant other, Jon Liscomb, and former husband, Peter Russell. She was the sister of William Hinckley (Ormond Beach, Florida), Joseph (Dale) Hinckley (Topsham, Maine), John (Barbara) Hinckley, Thomas (Kathryn) Hinckley, Carol Guidone, Susan DelCorte, Matthew (Laura) Hinckley, Charles (Sandra) Hinckley (all of East Haven), Richard (Christine) Hinckley (Prospect), Edward (Diane) Hinckley (North Branford), Philip Hinckley (Litchfield); and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Robert Hinckley and sister-in-law Theresa Hinckley.
Jeanne was an executive secretary for the state of Maine, secretary of the Senate. She was always on an adventure with no destination, but her favorites were the mountains, waterfalls, lighthouses and the beach. A Celebration of Life will be held on a future date.
