Audrey Nelson, 94, passed away peacefully on Feb. 1. She lived in Branford for 30 years. In her earlier life, Audrey attended Lynn English High School. Later she and her family lived in upstate New York before moving to Black Rock, Connecticut.

Sadly, she is predeceased by her husband James, her two sons, Daniel and Matt, and her daughter-in-law Mary Nelson.

Survivors include her daughter Carol and son-in-law Vaughan Nelson-Lee of Jamestown, Rhode Island. Her sister Ruth Stewart lives in Lynn, Massachusetts.
