Antonio “Tony” Mauro, 38, of Branford, beloved father of Tony “Little Tony” Mauro of Madison, passed away on Feb. 14 at his home. Tony was born in New Haven on June 4, 1981, beloved son of Ralph Mauro of Branford and the late Lisa M. Tomasi Mauro.

He was the loving brother of Maria (Matthew) Ferrucci and Phillip (Christina) Mauro, all of Killingworth, and Vincent Mauro of Milford. He was the cherished uncle of Matthew, Marco, Mia, Mariano, Mya, and the late Keanu Ferrucci, and Sonny and Miley Mauro. The Mauro family would like to thank Vincent Piscitelli for the support he gave to Tony during a difficult time.

At the time of his death, Tony was the owner of T&M Property Management LLC. Tony was his happiest spending time with his son and nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Porto Funeral Home, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80), East Haven. At the request of the Mauro family all services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in the memory of Tony to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
