Penny Lee Roberts of Clinton passed away on Aug. 15. She was born on Nov. 20, 1951, in Middletown, the daughter of Charles and Lorraine (Cote) Handy.

Penny was an avid bingo player. She enjoyed shopping and caring for children. For more than 20 years, Penny attended the Living Rock Church in Killingworth.

Penny is survived by her daughter Tina Siglinger and her husband Jason of Vassalboro, Maine; grandchildren Samantha Parks and Floyd-Philip Siglinger; great-granddaughter Aaliyah Bowden; sisters Gay, Doreen, and Lori; and cousin Beverly Mason. She was predeceased by her sister Charlene.

Services will be held at a later time.
