John J. Clark, 84, longtime resident of Guilford, passed away on March 6 at Connecticut Hospice, Branford. John was born in Guilford on April 2, 1934, son of the late William E. Clark and Helen (Daniels) Clark.

Before his retirement Mr. Clark worked as a handyman for countless clients along the Shoreline.

He was the father of Michael C. Clark and his wife Sharon of Edgewater, Florida, and the late Mindy-Lee Slater. He was the brother of Helen Hawley, Harold Clark, and Joseph Clark. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Michael C. Clark, Jr., and Kristie Main. He was predeceased by two brothers, William and Daniel Clark.
