Emma LaMonica, 95, of East Haven died on Nov. 17 at Connecticut Hospice. She was born in New Haven on May 25, 1923, to the late Joseph and Cristina LaMonica.

She worked as an assembler and bench worker for the Echlin Company. Emma was also active with the East Haven Seniors.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Frank and Joseph LaMonica, and two sisters, Rose Hessinger and Vera Mazzaccaro.

Friends and family were invited to attend a funeral mass at St. Vincent de Paul Church of St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, Taylor Avenue, East Haven, Nov. 21. Burial took place in Beaverdale Cemetery.
