Roberta C. Vernon of Clinton passed away on Dec. 21. She was born on April 14, 1935, in Easton, Maine, the daughter of the late John and Elva Connors.

Roberta is survived by her husband Ronnie; sons Richard Weder of Clinton and Gregory Vernon of Windsor Locks; daughter Rhonda Hooper of Clinton; sister Nancy Lupo of Florida; grandchildren Judy, Brooke, Mandy, Kevin, Eric, and Christian; and great grandchildren Aiden, Delilah, Jacob, Silas, and Rosabelle. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Loree O’Brien.

Calling hours were held on Dec. 28 at Swan Funeral Home, 825 Boston Post Rd., Madison. A calling hour was also held on Dec. 29 at the funeral home. A funeral service was held on Dec. 29 at the funeral home. Burial followed in Indian River Cemetery, Clinton. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to your favorite animal shelter.
