Paul C. Keryc died peacefully on Nov. 22 after 83 glorious years of life.

He spent his career as an English teacher at Wantagh High School on Long Island, inspiring generations of young people. After retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends near the beach in Westbrook. Paul had a voracious appetite for the arts and was a reader, a writer, and a life-long learner. His was a brilliant mind.

Paul was predeceased by his greatest love, Myrna Tishler Keryc, his wife of 34 years. He is survived by his children Todd (Julie) and Caitlin (Olin), and his two beloved grandchildren.
