Barbara “Mema” Napolitano Barcsansky, 76, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Dec. 8 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Barcsansky, Sr. Barbara was born in New Haven on Aug. 7, 1942, the daughter of the late Fred and Carmel Saccu Napolitano.

She and her late husband were the owners of Barlo Manufacturing. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening around her home, but most of all she enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren whom she loved unconditionally.

She was the mother of Robert (Laura) Barcsansky, Jr., and David (Nicole) Barcsansky; the grandmother of Danny Fabrizio, and Angelica, Amanda, and Caitlyn Barcsansky; and the sister of Judy Trotta.

Her funeral procession left the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., on Dec. 11. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Ave., North Haven. Interment followed in All Saints Cemetery.
