Raymond “Zook” Piccerillo, 76, of East Haven, beloved husband of Audrey Daddi Piccerillo, passed away suddenly on Nov. 29 in Yale-New Haven Hospital.

He was the loving father of Debra (Amy) DeLuca of New Haven and Kandi (Rodger) Wortman of East Haven. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was the brother of Jon (Cindy) Piccerillo of East Haven; and brother-n-law of Vincent Daddi and the late Linda (Agastini) Daddi.

Ray was born in New Haven on Nov. 29, 1942, son of the late Joseph and Eunice Hitchcock Piccerillo.

His funeral procession left the Porto Funeral Home, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80), East Haven, Dec. 3. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at Our Lady of Pompeii Church. Interment followed in All Saints Cemetery. Friends called Dec. 2.
