John G. Gsoell, 85, of Old Saybrook passed away at Middlesex Hospital on Nov. 25. He was the son of the late John and May Gsoell.

John was predeceased by his two brothers, Remington and James Gsoell. John is survived by his sister Pearl Gsoell of Old Saybrook; his sister Judy and David Caetano; his sister Sheila and Charles Rudolph; his sister Paula and Mario Signorelli; and niece Kim Benson and husband Kyla and children, who were at his side continuously.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
