Isabelle R. Timothy, 96, of North Haven, formerly of New Haven and Hamden, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 16at Yale New Haven Hospital/St. Raphael campus. She was born in New Haven on Nov. 27, 1921, and was the daughter of the late Earl A. and Isabelle E. Petrie Timothy.

Isabelle had worked as a clerk for the Hamden School System and later was treasurer of the credit union for Safety Car. She was a member of the Eagle Watch and an active member of the North Haven Congregational Church.

She was the sister of Donald F. Timothy and the late Earl G., Charles L., Robert E., and Roy N. Timothy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A funeral services are in the North Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 18 at 11:30 a.m. Family and friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.
