Sarah Conroy, 56, long-time resident of Guilford, passed away peacefully Sept. 3 at Connecticut Hospice, Branford. She was the wife of Roger Conroy. Sarah was born June 22, 1962, in East Orange, New Jersey, daughter of Leonard and Ellen Polaner of West Orange, New Jersey.

She was the mother of Heather Conroy of Guilford and Michael Conroy of North Branford. She was grandmother of Zoey, Jadon, Victoria, and Adeline Conroy. She was the sister of Doug, Max, and Steven Polaner.

Friends are invited to celebration services at the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St., Guilford on Sept. 16 from 1 to 3 p.m. Services will be held privately.
