Frank Cucurello, Jr., 74, of East Haven passed away July 4. He was born March 15, 1944, in New Haven to Frank and Philomenia (DeLuca) Cucurello.

Frank is survived by his sister Rosemarie Gaudino of Northford and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother John Cucurello; and two sisters, Nancy Bates and Anna Mattei. Frank is also survived by his extended family Alata Wilcox and Ryan Anderson from his group home, where he resided for more than 15 years.

Frank loved wearing a baseball cap at all times and sunglasses! He loved fishing, shopping, playing and watching sports, as well as going to the movies. Frank mostly loved attending his adult day care program, which he referred to as “summer school.” He loved socializing with everyone very much!

Family, friends, and others whose lives Frank touched were invited to the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham St., East Haven, on July 11 for visitation until the time of the service, followed by burial at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven.
