Maureen E. Dolan, 59, of Seattle, Washington, formerly of Madison, passed away in Seattle on May 10 after a long illness. Maureen was born on Feb. 14, 1959, in Ellsworth, Maine.

She was predeceased by her parents Dr. Thomas F. Dolan. and Margaret (McCarthy) Dolan, and a brother, Christopher M. Dolan. She is survived by her husband David D. Brown of Seattle, Washington; sister Karen (Stephen) Garner of Bolton, Massachusetts; brother Kevin (Lorraine) Dolan of Madison; sister Evelyn Dolan of Fitchburg, Massachusetts; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Maureen attended schools in Madison and graduated from the Hammonasset School and New York University School of Dance.

Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Roman Catholic Church, 24 Academy St., Madison. Committal will be private.
