Richard J. Janicki passed away peacefully June 2 with his loving wife of 48 years, Diane, at his bed side.

Ricky leaves his wife Diane Scott Janicki; his children Laura Janicki, Daniel and Andrea Janicki, and Matthew Janicki; six grandchildren, Amy Campbell, Richard S. Watson, Danielle Janicki, Jake Janicki, E.Russell Gleeson, and E.Rachel Gleeson; and seven great-grandchildren, siblings David and Jackie Janicki, Edward Janicki, Martin and Claire Janicki, Catherine and Daniel Fanning, Michael and Bonnie Janicki, Mary and Jeff Higgins, and JoAnn Janicki. He was predeceased by his parents Romuald and Dorothy (Donegan) Janicki. He had sixteen nieces and nephews and ten cousins.

Friends are invited to visitation hours at Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St., Guilford, on Saturday, June 23 from 9 to 11 a.m. Burial services will follow at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave., North Haven.
