05/09/2018 12:00 AMJean Hiltz Pfnausch, 82, of Wallingford, a resident of North Haven for many years, passed away peacefully on May 5 at the Quinnipiac Valley Center, Wallingford. Jean was born in Quincy, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Earl Spencer Hiltz and Dorothy MacLeod Hiltz.
She was a graduate of Hamden Hall Country Day School in 1953, and the former Whitney Secretarial School in 1954. She was a volunteer and “greeter” at the Wallingford Senior Center for ten years.
She was the mother of Brian D. Pfnausch and his wife Linda; and the sister of Arlene Hiller and her husband David.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., on May 10. Interment will follow in the North Haven Center Cemetery.
