Carmen Pellegrino, 84, of East Haven passed away Jan. 30 at Connecticut Hospice. He was born on Oct. 19, 1933, in East Haven.

Carmen is survived by his wife of 61 years, Dianne Pellegrino; his children Susan Harty (Kevin) of East Haven, and Nancy Pellegrino of New Haven; and two grandchildren, Ellen Manginelli of New York City and Julia Manginelli of New Haven.

Carmen attended the University of Connecticut and spent time in the U.S. Army. He worked for 38 years as general manager at the Clark-Son Company in New Haven.

A graveside service was held in East Lawn Cemetery under the care of Sisk Brothers Funeral Home, Hamden. Donations may be made to the Connecticut Hospice in memory of Carmen Pellegrino.
