04/11/2018 12:00 AMJonathan L. Dietz, 35, of Branford, died April 3 at his home. Jonathan was born Sept. 4, 1982 in New Haven, son of John R. and Karen Coveyduck Dietz of Branford. He was a graduate of the University of New Haven with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Jonathan had worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections. He was predeceased by his sister Jennifer Dietz.
Visitation was held April 9 at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, Branford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, 749 East Main Street, Branford, CT 06405.
