Dorothy Quinn Malone, age 81, of Clinton, beloved wife of the late William Edward Malone for 19 years, passed away on March 3. She was born in New Haven, on Oct. 24 1936. “Dot” enjoyed her family, Catholic beliefs, reading, and vacations with her family. She often spoke of her education at St. Peter’s Elementary School, St. Mary’s High School, and Quinnipiac College. She enjoyed working as a medical secretary for several doctors and retired from the office of Dr. Kahrimanis in Madison where she had worked for 15 years.

She is survived by three children, Paul and Theresa (Owens) Malone, Stephen and Alison (Tokarczyk) Malone, Sheila (Malone) and Arthur Kuever. She is also survived by Lorrie (Nelson) Malone, her 10 grandchildren whom she loved very much, and many friends. Dot was predeceased by her son Donald “Don” Malone and her brother Robert Groves Quinn.

Friends may call on Wednesday, March 7, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church Street, Guilford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s of the Visitation, 54 Grove Street, Clinton at 11 a.m., with internment to follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery, 280 Derby Avenue, West Haven.
