Frank Lawrence Riggio, 91, of Ivoryton passed away on Nov. 10. He was born in Ivoryton on June 25, 1926, the son of the late Samuel and Nellie (Banning) Riggio. He was the beloved husband of the late Audley Reynolds Riggio, his high school sweetheart, for 45 years.
