Daniel G. Trippodo of Branford died Nov. 5 at Waterbury Hospital. He was born Dec. 30, 1967. in Mt. Vernon, New York, a son of the late Octavio and Eileen Colgan Trippodo.

He was working as a credit manager for Assa Abloy in Berlin. He formerly worked as credit manager for West Haven Lumber for many years. He was an avid bowler and he achieved a perfect 300 score several times. He was a diehard Steelers and Yankees fan.

Daniel is survived by his children Danielle Trippodo of Branford and Alexandra Trippodo of New Haven; his former wife Christine O’Leary of New Haven; his girlfriend AnnMarie Savage of Thomaston; his siblings Lori (Michael) Marston of Dothan, Alabama, Marc (Siobhan) Trippodo of Carmel, New York, and Lisa Fitzpatrick of Yorktown, New York. He is also survived by 15 adoring nieces and nephews and eight great-nieces and -nephews.

Relatives and friends were invited to visiting hours Nov. 10 at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 N. Main St., Branford. The funeral and burial were private. For an online memorial see www.wsclancy.com.
