Irene Orifice, 83, of East Haven passed away June 26 at home surrounded by her family. She was born March 10, 1934, in New Haven to John and Myrtle (Wandel) Upton.

Irene is survived by her two loving daughters, Deborah Bunnell (widow of Walter Bunnell) of New Haven, and Susan Eburg of East Haven; along with five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brother Charles Upton (Teri) of Massachusetts; and sisters Laura Negro of Wallingford and Sandra Koenen of Florida. Irene is preceded in death by her parents; her husband John Orifice; daughter Cindy Bouley (June 2017); sisters Dorothy Graham, Lillian Soroka, and Elizabeth Brookman; and brothers John Upton and Edward Upton.

Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a graveside service for Irene Orifice and her daughter Cindy Bouley on June 29 at 10:45 a.m. at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave., North Haven.
