Anthony Dattilo, Jr., 95, of North Haven passed away peacefully on June 16 at the Arden House, Hamden. He was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis Esposito Dattilo. Anthony was born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, on Aug. 1, 1921, son of the late Anthony and Annie Ducato Dattilo, Sr.

He served his country faithfully in the US Army during WWII; worked as a Silver Smith at International Silver in Wallingford until his retirement; and was an avid bowler for years, making a team with his brothers, friends, and nephew Tony.

He was the father of Dennis Dattilo; and the brother of Thomas and Albert Dattilo, and the late Frances Speranza, and Joseph, Salvatore, Augustine, and Michael Dattilo.

His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., June 26 at 9:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Barnabas Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
