James Charles Oscarson, 91, of Madison, died in Middlesex Hospital in Middletown on March 19. He was born on Nov. 17, 1925. A Memorial Service with full military honors will take place on Saturday, June 24 at 11 a.m. at The Episcopal Church of the Holy Advent, 81 E. Main St., Clinton, CT 06413.
