Madison

Robert G. Hall, 80, of Madison died on June 2 in Madison. He was born on Oct. 12, 1936, in Guilford, the son of Robert and Elizabeth Hall.

After graduating from Guilford High School in 1954, he joined the Army and served as a paratrooper until 1957. He worked for several years for Madison Builders before becoming a self-employed licensed plumber and electrician in the shoreline area. Bob’s hobby was restoring old Fords and he enjoyed going to car shows.

Mr. Hall is survived by his wife Frances; son Lance Hall and his wife Debra Palladino of East Lyme; grandchildren Whitney, Brandon, and Skyler; brother Christopher Knox; and sister Linda Knox Stettner.

The family would like to thank the staff of Watrous Nursing Home and Hospice for the care they provided to Robert.
