Sean D. Alexander, age 38, of Ivoryton, passed away suddenly on March 27. Sean, a former Boy Scout, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working with his hands. A lifelong resident of Ivoryton, he attended Valley Regional High School before he began working in the transportation industry. Sean was dedicated and generous in how he spent his time. A former member of the Essex Fire Department and a hand gun instructor, he was also a member of the Fur, Fin, and Feather Club. Sean is survived by his mother Nancy (Rich) Alexander and was predeceased by his father James D. Alexander. Funeral services for Sean will be held at the Centerbrook Cemetary on May 31 at 1:30 p.m., followed by a reception at the VFW in Centerbrook.
