05/22/2014 12:00 AMJean Merrill of Branford died on May 18 at the Branford Hills Health Care Center. She is the wife of Roger Merrill of Branford. She is also survived by several cousins. Jean was born in New Haven on August 3rd, 1929, a daughter of John and Viola Santa Barbara.
She was an accountant for Seamless Rubber and Schick Razors. She loved to bake, she loved to travel, and she loved her flowers. Her husband wishes to thank the staff of the Branford Hills Health Care Center for all the care they gave Jean.www.wsclancy.com.
A memorial wake was held on May 21 at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford. Burial of her urn followed at St. Agnes Cemetery in Branford.
