05/08/2013 12:00 PMKingslee Brady, 83, of Quinnipiac Ave., North Haven, died on May 3 at the Arden House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Hamden. He was the husband of 37 years to Victoria Wilson Brady. Kingslee was born in Jamaica on Oct. 5, 1929, the youngest of 11 children born to the late William and Martha Morris Brady. In Jamaica, Kingslee had worked for Reynolds Jamaica for over 20 years and later for Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.
The family extends a special “Thank You” to all the nurses and staff at the Arden House for the excellent care and comfort they provided to Kingslee.
Besides his wife, Kingslee is survived by his children, Kingslee Brady of North Haven, Kerensa Brady of Texas, and Karol Clarke of Jamaica. He is also survived by his sibling, Lovel Brady of Florida, and six grandchildren.
His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., North Haven, on Saturday, May 11, at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. His funeral service will be conducted the Montowese Baptist Church, North Haven, at 11 a.m., followed by burial in the North Haven Center Cemetery. www.northhavenfuneral.com.
