Town officials and business leaders were thrilled to recently join in celebrating the newly renovated Supreme Seafood with a ribbon cutting at the restaurant, located in Twin Lakes Commons, 999 Foxon Road.
Supreme Seafood is now under the new ownership of Robert Marcarelli and his partners, keeping alive a tradition originally brought to us back in 1989 when it was opened by Ralph Amendola and Vinny Caprio.
The new group brings over 70 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, and have a great new menu to check out.
On hand to celebrate this occasion were Mayor Rose Angeloni; Town Manager Michael Downes; CT Restaurant Association president and CEO Scott Dolch; Shoreline Chamber of Commerce (SCC) board chairman Jim Fennell; together with SCC staff and ambassadors, friends, and patrons.
Supreme Seafood is a great place to dine in (or outside on their patio), grab take out, or order catering – they aren’t just seafood!
